Our Story, Our Mission
At JUSTTALKBESAFE, we understand the challenges you face in life, many people seeking a "talking" friend, carry silent battles — addiction, loneliness, heartbreak, betrayal, or the loss of someone they love. These struggles are heavy, and when there’s no one to talk to, they can feel unbearable. Silence may seem safe, but it only deepens the pain and isolation.
That’s why I chose to become an active, supportive listener. For seven years, I’ve offered a safe space where people can finally talk freely without fear of judgement. Again and again, I’ve seen the relief that comes when someone realizes they are not alone. In sharing, they find clarity. In being heard, they discover hope.
Our Mission is simple:
We believe every person holds their own unique worth.
Your value isn’t defined by where you come from, how you look, or what title you carry.
You are more than your circumstances — you are the sum of your experiences, your story, and your strength.
We know that life can be complex, and people are, too.
Each of us walks a different path — some just beginning, others further along the journey.
But no matter where we stand, kindness, compassion, and understanding connect us all.
Because you matter.
Your story matters.
And sometimes, the most powerful step toward healing begins with two words: “Let’s talk.”
My name is Len, and I am passionate about operational safety (Be Safe), ensuring the protection of our people and their peace of mind. For over 23 years, I have dedicated my career to creating safe, secure workplaces. I believe that physical safety is essential; when individuals feel safe, it supports their mental well-being and financial security. Safety is more than a checklist; it’s a vital process that fosters a confident team. I've collaborated with organizations to establish clear guidelines and practical evacuation plans, ensuring preparedness for the unexpected. I also design auditing tools and compliance checklists to keep safety practices actively engaged and continuously improved. Whether it's setting up emergency protocols or running safety drills, my goal is to build a culture of safety that protects everyone and strengthens our communities.

PERSONAL SAFETY:
WHAT IS PERSONAL SAFETY:
A universal human right and a cornerstone of societal well-being - The World Health Organization identifies it: Safety is not merely the absence of violence, but the presence of a condition that promotes security, trust, and freedom from fear.
According to Kevin Mears (University of Glamorgan), he defined personal safety as: "an individual's ability to go about their everyday life, free from threat or fear of psychological, emotional, or physical harm from others."
However, you (hence no disabilities) yourself are responsible for your personal safety as well as those that merely cannot look after themselves.
No one can rely (or even expect) an immediate responds by Police - /Security services in protecting oneself or those in your vicinity.
WHAT IS THE "WHY" FOR SAFETY:
Why do you, for instance, commit to working safely every day?
Safety is more than abiding by a set of policies and procedures.
It's about the people we care about / the responsibility to ourselves and others.
Safety becomes personal - a value that determines our decisions and actions, both "on" or "off" the job.
For some people, it's for their children / ensuring they grow up with (a) parent(s) who is/are present and healthy
Whatever "why" questions there might be, it is necessary to take a moment to reflect: - who depends on me - how would your absence impact those you care about - what are your dreams/goals for the future. Rather, change the "why-question" into a "how-question" - how can I assure safety in my life? NB If you allow your mind to connect the safe actions to your "why?" question, safety becomes a choice you make with intention and purpose.
